degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
required./n - Certifications Requirements: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS
certifications required; CCRN preferred but not mandatory; BCR
certification with passing EKG competency exam./n - Experience
Requirements: Minimum of 2 years of PCU RN experience; previous
travel experience preferred; experience managing invasive lines and
bedside procedures./n - Other Requirements: Ability to work night
shifts (7p-7a); flexibility to float within scope to other PCU
units; strong clinical skills in trauma and critical care;
excellent communication skills; ability to work in a busy team

Provide comprehensive critical care nursing care to PCU patients,
including those with respiratory failure, sepsis, and post-ICU
stabilization./n - Manage invasive lines such as arterial lines and
central venous lines, including monitoring and troubleshooting./n -
Administer and titrate medications, including insulin and heparin
drips, following hospital protocols and physician orders./n -
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and
implement individualized patient care plans./n - Assist with
bedside procedures such as chest tube management, tracheostomy
care, and PEG tube placement, ensuring patient safety and
