Uphold professional nursing standards and comply with legal, regulatory, and accreditation requirements. Qualifications and Desired Experience: Associates Degree or Diploma in Nursing required; Bachelors Degree preferred. Active RN license valid in the state (Single State or Multi-state Compact). Current BLS certification required upon hire. Less than 1 year of experience acceptable if you have recently completed an accredited nursing program with clinical hours; prior direct patient care preferred. Strong clinical judgment, critical thinking, and time management skills. Proficient in English with computer literacy and excellent interpersonal skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and respond calmly during emergencies. Schedule and Shift Details: Day shifts. Rotation includes 3-12 day shifts with a 30-minute callback on-call requirement.
