Cath Lab Tech Location: Atlanta, GA Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,761 per week Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 4/27/2026 About the Position Job Title: Cath Lab Technician Profession: Cath Lab Technician Specialty: Cath Lab Technician Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Shift Hours per Shift: 8 hours Experience: Minimum years of experience in a Cardiac Catheterization lab or Angiography lab preferred. License: Graduate of an accredited program in Radiologic Technology, Cardiovascular Technology, or as a Surgical Technician. Certifications: Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Certification. Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) certification preferred. Must-Have: Knowledge of electrocardiography, coronary heart disease, cardiac anatomy, and physiology. Ability to interpret Electrocardiograms (EKG). Good written and oral communication skills. Ability to assist in complex procedures, including complex PCI and CTO. Experience with multiple wire exchanges and the use of long wires and OTW balloons. Description: The Cardiovascular Technologist diagnoses cardiovascular problems using medical imaging methods. Responsibilities include diagnosing heart conditions, vascular issues, and ailments involving the heart, arteries, valves, or blood vessels. Assist in procedures that encompass complex PCI, including CTO. Work on complex procedures that require multiple wire exchanges and the capability to use long wires and OTW balloons.
