Full-time LPN Unit Manager position is day shift, Monday through

Employees Full-time LPN Unit Manager qualifications include: *
Current LPN License * 2 years of experience in LTC/skilled nursing
community required * 1 year of experience in Supervisory/Management
role * Experience working in a Memory Care community preferred *
Current CPR/BLS First Aid Certification * Genuine passion for
working with elders * Strong team work and leadership skills *
Excellent customer service and communication skills * Ability to
lead and foster team work with fellow RN, LPN and CNA care partners
* Good documentation skills (electronic charting experience with
PointClickCare preferred) * Strong organization and time management
