What You ll Do
- Provide advanced neonatal care for high-acuity
newborns in a Level III NICU
- Support and manage care for patients requiring intensive
monitoring and treatment
- Provide daily coverage support for a
newborn nursery unit
- Collaborate closely with neonatologists and a
multidisciplinary hospital team
- Perform comprehensive neonatal assessments, diagnoses,
and treatment planning
- Support continuity of care from admission through
stabilization and discharge
- Participate in a structured shift schedule
that includes 16- and 24-hour shifts
- Deliver patient-centered care in a modern, newly
renovated hospital environment
What You NeedRequired
- Nurse Practitioner (NP) licensure (and any
