  • Monday-Tuesday: Lithonia
  • Wednesday-Friday: Jonesboro
• Hours: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM (1-hour lunch)
• Standard 8-hour clinical days
• No call responsibilities

Required Licenses & CertificationsLicensure

• Active Georgia medical license required

Board Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible required

Certifications

• BLS required

Practice Overview

• Outpatient/inpatient nephrology coverage across two locations
• Epic EMR
• No dialysis rounding required
• Admissions required

Clinical Responsibilities

• General nephrology patient management
• Inpatient admissions and consults as needed
• Evaluation and management of kidney-related conditions
• Coordination of care across facility sites
• Documentation and order entry via Epic

Patient Volume

• Approximately 15 patients per shift

Ideal Candidate

• Board-certified or board-eligible Nephrologist
• Active Georgia license
• Comfortable managing moderate-volume nephrology caseload
• Strong inpatient admission and consult skills
• Able to work across two assigned clinic locations on a weekly schedule
