Anesthesiologist needed in Macon GAFull time, permanentTeam
HighlightsThe practice consists of 16 anesthesiologists and 58
anesthetists, including CRNAs and Certified Anesthesiologist
Assistants (CAAs) who all work together in a care team model.Our
care team model means that we focus on giving everyone a voice,
while supporting, respecting, and helping to deliver care
excellence. ResponsibilitiesAssist in the directing and
coordinating of activities in the Anesthesia DepartmentResponsible
for the medical management of patients who are rendered unconscious
and/or insensible to pain and emotional stress during surgery and
other medical proceduresPre-anesthesia assessmentObtains and/or
verifies patient consentDiscuss anesthetic options and risks with
the patientInduction, maintenance, and emergence from
anesthesiaMonitoring of the patient's physiological
conditionPerformance of clinical intervention as
neededRequirementsM.D./D.O. Degree from an accredited College of
MedicineECFMC and FLEXCompletion of approved residency in
anesthesiaCurrently licensed as a physicianCompensation
