What You ll Do

• Provide comprehensive neonatal care for critically ill and premature newborns in a Level III NICU
• Manage an average daily census of approximately 7 8 NICU patients
• Attend and manage high-risk deliveries
• Provide care for healthy newborns in the newborn nursery
• Collaborate closely with Neonatal Nurse Practitioners (NNPs) and multidisciplinary teams
• Participate in continuous 24/7 onsite neonatal coverage
• Support evidence-based, family-centered neonatal care and contribute to quality improvement and patient safety initiatives
• Participate in collaborative clinical practice; potential leadership opportunities for qualified candidates

What You Need
Required

• Completion of Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine fellowship training
• Board eligibility (eligible for boards)
• Residency within the immediate local area for this permanent role (relocation may be required)

Preferred

• Experience working within a NICU setting (Level III preferred, if applicable)
• Comfort working in a high-collaboration, multidisciplinary environment
