Your Impact Oversee all daily operations in the Back of House and
assist in leading a team of 10 people Collaborate with the
Owner/Operator and Directors to set and execute weekly, monthly,
and yearly goals Lead with a proactive and self-directed approach
and lead others to do the same Promote a culture of care, safety,
and excellence every day in the kitchen Background Profile 1 years
of previous kitchen experience (Required) Previous Chick-fil-A
experience (Highly Preferred) Bilingual: Spanish to English
