Job Description:

Barback As a Barback , you’ll stock bars with designated supplies, ensuring no shortages for fan service. Maintain cleanliness of work areas and equipment according to hotel specifications. Assist Bartenders and Cocktail Servers. Schedule Primarily PM shifts including weekends and holidays Key Responsibilities Maintain complete knowledge of and comply with all departmental policies/service procedures/standards. Maintain complete knowledge of correct maintenance and use of equipment. Use equipment only as intended. Anticipate fans’ needs, respond promptly and acknowledge all fans, however busy and whatever time of day. Maintain positive fan relations at all times. Be familiar with all hotel services/features and local attractions/activities to respond to fan inquiries accurately. Resolve fan complaints, ensuring fan satisfaction. Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation and organization of assigned work areas. Education & Experience Hotel experience is always a plus! Applicants should have A combination of education and experience Additional consideration will be given to applicants who have completed special certifications, such as bartender certification.
