Responsible for payroll function for all employees of the facilityRequired Education/ExperienceHigh School Diploma or G.E.D. One to two years experience in related field preferredEssential Physical and Sensory Requirements-With or without the aid of mechanical devicesLight - Regularly required to lift 10 lbs. Must be able to lift a minimum of 15 lbs. Must be able to pull minimum of 10 lbs. Must be able to squat, kneel, crawl, crouch, climb, and stoop. Must be able to regularly use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls. Required to regularly stand and walk. Must be able to demonstrate proficiency in CPR from the floor level requiring to work on hands, knees, bending, standing and lifting. Vision requirements include close vision, distance vision, and peripheral vision. You will also be responsible for payroll function for all employees of the facilityPay: $13.50/hrSchedule: M-F 9am est to 5pm estAdditional Responsibilities Include: Responsible for the day to day activities of the facility HR/Personnel Department. Maintains the company Leave of Absence and FMLA programs by assuring proper tracking, timelines and approvals are met; tracks insurance benefits for all employees on company leave and assures proper notification and timely payments of benefits. Coordinates worker's compensation administration at the facility level. Assists with the facility staffing process, to include offer letters and background checks; creates/posts internal job postings; runs advertisements as required.Required Education/Experience High School Diploma or G.E.D.
