Job Description Job Description We are looking for a dedicated Recruiter to join our team in Tyrone, Pennsylvania. This position offers flexible part-time hours with the potential for occasional remote work. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting employees throughout their onboarding process and relocation needs, ensuring a seamless transition into their new roles. Responsibilities: • Coordinate and manage the onboarding process for new team members, ensuring compliance and a smooth experience. • Assist employees with relocation logistics, including securing housing, arranging travel, and addressing individual needs. • Recruit and place candidates for roles such as packers and pickers, maintaining a strong pipeline of individuals with relevant experience. • Provide translation services as needed to facilitate clear communication during onboarding and employment. • Support employees in settling into the area, including helping with hotel check-ins and lease arrangements. • Process payroll deductions and manage related administrative tasks with accuracy. • Serve as a resource for employees by addressing questions and resolving concerns related to their employment. • Collaborate with teams to maintain personnel files and ensure proper documentation. • Offer evening or weekend support during on-call hours as required. • Deliver excellent customer service by addressing employee needs promptly and professionally. • Proven experience in employee relations, recruitment, or related human resources roles. • Strong customer service skills, with the ability to address employee needs effectively. • Familiarity with onboarding processes and personnel file management. • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. • Ability to manage travel and housing arrangements for employees. • Proficiency in translation or bilingual communication is a plus. • Availability for on-call hours during evenings or weekends as needed. • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
