following job description: The HR Global Enablement Consultant is
an individual contributor responsible for supporting the buildout
of Truist’s Global Capability Center (GCC), with a concentrated
focus on global mobility infrastructure, Total Rewards (TR)
governance, HR operations setup, policy development, and global
delivery readiness. Operating from the U.S. with strong
coordination across India, the role provides hands on execution
support across global HR workstreams, including mobility programs,
policy creation, TR implementation, reporting and regulatory
requirements, and cross-functional coordination. This consultant
ensures foundational HR programs, processes, and controls are in
place to support early stage GCC growth and enables smooth global
delivery across recruitment, capacity coordination, transfer
management, leadership hiring support, TVP activation, learning
readiness, and HRinaBox operational design. Position has in office
expectations this role is not remote. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND
RESPONSIBILITIES Following is a summary of the essential functions
for this job. Other duties may be performed, both major and minor,
which are not mentioned below. Specific activities may change from
time to time. 1. Support the build-out of global mobility program,
including documentation, eligibility, process flows, vendor
coordination, and compliance requirements for India transitions. 2.
Assist in Total Rewards governance and implementation activities,
including benchmarking inputs, TR policy alignment, benefits
comparisons, and compensation program readiness for India talent.
3. Execute EOR related onboarding and operational tasks, including
employee 1 requirements (policies, procedures, documentation,
teammate support, reporting, regulatory filings). 4. Coordinate
foundational HR policy development with BOT partner for India
delivery teams, ensuring alignment with Truist culture, enterprise
policies, and local labor laws. 5. Assist with operational
readiness for global HR service delivery, including process
mapping, workflow validation, issue tracking, and HR-in-a-Box
implementation support. 6. Support delivery role recruitment by
managing reporting, tracking funnel analytics, coordinating
logistics with BOT and Talent Acquisition, and surfacing hiring
gaps or delays. 7. Provide coordination and documentation support
for leadership hiring activities, including interview scheduling,
panel guidance, role alignment inputs, and onboarding pilots. 8.
Support capacity control tower operations by gathering staffing
demand inputs, validating data from partners, tracking transition
waves, and surfacing inconsistencies or risks. 9. Assist with
employee transfer management processes by preparing templates,
managing compliance requirements, supporting communication
materials, and tracking retention efforts. 10. Contribute to
learning readiness activities, including onboarding pilots for
early cohorts, training logistics, curriculum coordination, and
feedback collection. 11. Partner with internal teams to support TVP
activation and employer brand deployment in India through
documentation, campaign coordination, and alignment with TA needs.
12. Maintain accurate project documentation, reporting
requirements, dashboards, and operational trackers across global
enablement workstreams. QUALIFICATIONS Required Qualifications: The
requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge,

essential functions. 1. Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or
related field (or equivalent work experience). 2. 5–8 years of
experience in HR operations, HR program support, global mobility,
Total Rewards, or HR process implementation. 3. Experience
supporting offshore delivery teams, EOR providers, global shared
services, or cross border HR operations. 4. Working knowledge of HR
policies, regulatory requirements, TR programs, and compliance
obligations. 5. Strong execution, coordination, and documentation
skills, with the ability to manage details across multiple
concurrent workflows. 6. Ability to analyze HR data, track
operating metrics, and escalate risks or process gaps. 7. Strong
communication and partnership skills with cross functional teams,
including Talent Acquisition, TR, HR Ops, Compliance, and global
partners Preferred Qualifications: 1. Experience supporting GCC,
GBS, shared services, or global mobility programs. 2. Exposure to
India labor practices, benefits, onboarding, or regulatory
reporting. 3. Experience with EOR platforms, TR governance, or
compensation/benefits implementation. 4. HR certifications (PHR,
SHRM-CP), mobility certifications (GMS), or project management
credentials. 5. Experience in financial services or similarly
