Description

Primary Objective:

--- This position will report to the Operations Manager

--- Answer and transferring incoming phone calls to TSC and the main ZRNA number.

--- Log cases for customer or FSE calls and log anything else service related often obtained by phone calls, emails, and other chat services into the Pulse system.

--- Organize and create sessions for remote computer viewing with customers.

--- Ship calibration gear and spare parts.

--- Keep the company side and the customer updated on the status of their case and bridge the gap between any customer issues and resolution.

--- Will oversee the upkeep and cleaning the warehouse.

--- Perform durometer calibrations.

Requirements

Experience/Required Skills:

--- Must have a high school diploma or GED equivalent.

--- Must have basic computer skills in Excel, Outlook, Word and PowerPoint.

--- Organizational skills and attention to detail.

--- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

--- Must be able to lift 50-100 lbs.

--- To be considered for the position, you must be authorized to work in the United States.
