We're always looking for bright and motivated individuals to join us in our journey to make healthcare better for patients and providers.Role & responsibilities: We are seeking a talented and experienced Lead Full Stack Developer to lead the development of our web applications. The Lead Full Stack Developer will own building end to end web based applications including consumer facing and B2B facing application functionality. In addition to building the application, the Lead Full Stack Developer will take machine learning and gen AI models developed by the data scientists and integrate them with the rest of the application platform. This could involve building APIs around the model so that it can be served and consumed, developing user interfaces to visualize and interact with model results, and implementing monitoring capabilities to verify that solutions continue to provide accurate inferences.Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end development of web applications in cloud, from concept to deployment, ensuring high performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Design and implement robust back-end solutions using server-side languages (e.g., Node.js, Python, Java) and databases (e.g., SQL, NoSQL).
• Partner with Data Scientists and Data Engineers to operationalize machine learning and optimization models that deliver new insights to the business.
• Designing and building out APIs that will be consumed by the UI to surface application data.
• Understand financial and healthcare compliance frameworks and ensure designed applications are compliant (e.g., HIPAA, SOC2, PCI DDS).
• Stay updated on emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices to drive innovation and continuous improvement.Preferred candidate profile:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 8+ years of proven experience as a Full Stack Developer with expertise in both front-end and back-end development.
  • Strong knowledge of server-side languages (Node.js, Python, Java), databases (SQL, NoSQL), and RESTful APIs.
  • Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Experience with automating application deployment, continuous delivery, and continuous integration (Git, GitLab, Jenkins).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
  • Experience using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Healthcare or fintech industry experience is preferred.
