Customer Enrollment Associate , you serve as the main customer
contact. Your responsibilities will include, but aren’t limited to
: Answer customer inquiries with accurate service, billing, and
technical information. Provide effective troubleshooting to resolve
customer concerns and ensure a positive experience. Inform
customers regarding AT&T offerings, and identify opportunities
for upselling and cross-selling. Meticulously document customer
interactions and transactions within the CRM system. Collaborate
effectively with team members and other departments to guarantee a
smooth and positive customer journey. Collect client input to
enhance service delivery and product development. Continuously
attend training to remain knowledgeable about products, services,
and company policies.
