Project Manager Location: Southwest Atlanta, GA Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM Pay Rate: $50/hour Experience Required: 3–5 years in construction project management Job Description The Project Manager will manage, develop, and implement projects of varying complexity and size within a designated functional area. This role partners closely with business stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of all assigned projects. Key Responsibilities Lead multiple projects from inception to completion. Facilitate project planning sessions with internal stakeholders to define scope and objectives. Collaborate with stakeholders to establish and monitor project performance goals. Design project plans, develop timelines, identify milestones, and ensure alignment with objectives. Identify and track project issues, working with others to resolve them promptly. Monitor and communicate project status to relevant teams. Plan and manage project budgets; conduct research and provide input for planning and development. Identify risks using quality tools and collaborate on solutions. Document and share project learnings; leverage lessons learned from other teams. Maintain project documentation including notes, databases, and records. Provide regular updates to the Project Sponsor and other stakeholders. Assign resources and manage workloads across project tasks. Guide and coach team members throughout project stages; offer developmental feedback.
