Securitas Inc. is seeking an experienced Sr Project Manager Installation to join our dynamic team in the professional services industry. This role involves leading the planning, execution, and completion of large-scale installation projects, while effectively managing resources and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships. Ideal candidates will have a strong track record in project management within technically driven environments and a commitment to excellence. Oversee and direct large-scale security installation projects from conception to completion. Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects ensuring on-time, within scope and within budget delivery. Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including tracking progress and managing changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques. Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques. Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders, ensuring the gathering and interpretation of precise requirements. Perform risk management to minimize project risks and create and maintain comprehensive project documentation. Report and escalate to management as needed, providing regular status updates. Proven working experience in project management, specifically in large-scale installation projects. Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, project management software (e.g., MS Project, Basecamp, or similar). Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills. Strong leadership capabilities. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Project Management Professional (PMP) certification required. Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) or equivalent considered a plus.
