Job Description:
Cox Automotive is actively seeking a highly skilled Senior
Salesforce Administrator to join our IT and Data Management team.
This role is pivotal in optimizing our Salesforce platform, which
supports critical automotive services and solutions across the
company. The Senior Salesforce Administrator will be responsible
for maintaining the Salesforce system, implementing new processes,
and enhancing system functionality to meet business goals and
improve user experience. This individual will leverage deep
Salesforce knowledge to play a key role in strategizing, planning,
and executing the integration of new features and tools that
promote efficiency and effectiveness of our automotive operations.
Manage daily operations and strategic initiatives of the Salesforce
platform Develop and implement improvements and Salesforce
integrations for enhanced functionality and efficiency Work closely
with various teams to gather requirements, assess needs and
implement solutions Ensure system security and integrity with
organized data management and error-free configurations Provide
support and training to users across multiple departments Maintain
documentation of processes, configurations, and reports Expertise
in Salesforce administration and configuration Strong
problem-solving and project management skills Ability to analyze
business requirements and transform into scalable solutions
Proficient in creating Salesforce reports and dashboards Experience
with Salesforce integrations and API connections Medical Insurance
Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Salesforce
Administrator Certification (required) Salesforce Advanced
Administrator Certification (preferred) Any relevant Salesforce
Architect certifications would be advantageous
