Job Description:
Cox Automotive is seeking a skilled Senior Salesforce
Administrator to join our IT team, dedicated to optimizing
Salesforce systems to enhance our automotive service operations. In
this role, you will be pivotal in managing and customizing the
Salesforce platform to meet the evolving needs of our dynamic
company, which serves a wide range of clients in the automotive
sector, from car manufacturers to dealerships and car buyers. Your
expertise will help ensure that our technology infrastructure
supports our strategic goals and maintains high efficiency and
customer satisfaction. Manage the Salesforce CRM instance,
including configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting. Ensure
optimal performance of Salesforce systems and products. Upgrade and
configure Salesforce systems for optimized integration with other
third-party solutions. Maintain the security settings and conduct
regular audits to ensure data integrity and security. Provide
training and support to Salesforce end-users. Develop and implement
dashboards, reports, and business processes within Salesforce. Work
closely with stakeholders to define system requirements and
customize the platform accordingly. Profound knowledge of
Salesforce CRM and its modules. Experience with Salesforce Apex,
Visualforce, and Salesforce Lightning. Strong analytical and
problem-solving skills. Excellent project management and
