Job Description:
Cox Automotive is seeking a dynamic Product Owner II to join our
Product Development & Innovation team, dedicated to enhancing and
innovating solutions within the automotive industry. As a Product
Owner II at Cox Automotive, you will act as a pivotal bridge
between our technical teams and business units, ensuring that our
product offerings continue to deliver exceptional value to car
manufacturers, dealers, and buyers. Your role will focus on
defining product vision, managing the product development
lifecycle, and implementing strategies that align with our
company's goals and market needs. Define and prioritize the product
backlog to ensure work focuses on those with maximum value aligned
with product strategy Collaborate with stakeholders across the
organization to gather and evaluate product requirements and
customer needs Deliver clear vision and goals to development teams
and ensure they have an appropriate understanding of the priorities
Monitor product development stages and evaluate product performance
by working closely with data analysis and customer feedback
Coordinate with marketing, sales, and support departments to ensure
proper product release and positioning Manage and refine the
product development process to increase efficiency and output
quality Develop ROI analyses, opportunity assessments, and business
impact analyses to drive the product roadmap Strong analytical and
problem-solving skills Excellent stakeholder management and
communication abilities Experience with Agile/Scrum development
methodologies Proficiency in product lifecycle management tools and
technologies Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics
