US Labor Services is seeking dedicated Postal Service Mail Carriers to join our team. As a Postal Service Mail Carrier, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing the daily operations of the postal services, directly impacting community connectivity and support. Sort and organize mail in delivery sequence to maximize delivery efficiency. Deliver mail on assigned routes by walking or by vehicle, handling parcels up to a certain weight. Provide prompt and accurate delivery, ensuring the security of mail until it reaches its destination. Collect signatures, deliver packages, and handle cash transactions for COD (cash on delivery) and postage dues. Respond to customer inquiries regarding postal services, resolve issues, and maintain a positive interaction. Ensure vehicle maintenance and operational standards are met when applicable. Record and submit delivery and route data as required. Ability to sort and sequence effectively Strong organizational skills Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects Excellent customer service and communication skills Basic mathematical skills Ability to work under varying weather conditions Valid driver's license and clean driving record Medical Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid state driver's license (if driving is required for the route) Training provided by the United States Postal Service on job-specific tasks
