Job Description:

As a trusted partner to our client, Corus360 is looking for a Salesforce Analyst / Operations Advocate for a full time role in Macon, GA. The primary focus of this position is to devise, design and develop business process requirements to support Sales & Marketing utilizing the Customer Relation Management (CRM) & Configure Price Quote (CPQ) systems and related applications. More importantly, you will be tasked with creating excitement and process around utilizing internal CRM systems that will increase visibility and scalability. You will be responsible for proactively evaluating business processes and operational procedures with recommended improvements to - or new requirements for - implementing industry standard and best practices. This includes working with business leaders to research and analyze data in support of business functions, process knowledge, and systems requirements to identify areas of improvement and deliver these in a timely and cost effective manner. You will also serve as a technical point of contact for assigned functional areas (Sales, Marketing) and assist subject matter experts with ensuring data integrity, testing of system changes, and report writing. Responsibilities: Process Improvement within the usage and utilization of the CRM and internal systems.Production Support: Provide support for Sales and related departments, including researching and resolving sales problems, unexpected results or process flaws; performing scheduled activities; recommending solutions or alternate methods to meet requirements.System Maintenance: Assist in the review, testing and implementation of CRM/CPQ upgrades or patches as well as evaluate and select new applications able to provide a competitive advantage. Collaborate with functional and technical staff to coordinate application of upgrade or fix. Document process and results.Administration/Reports/Queries: Handle basic CRM/CPQ configuration and administrative functions as well as write, maintain and support a variety of reports or queries using appropriate reporting tools. Assist in development of standard reports for ongoing customer needs. Help maintain data integrity in systems by running queries and analyzing data.Training: Develop user procedures, guidelines and documentation. Train clients on new processes/functionality.Individual Development: Maintain awareness of current trends in CRM/CPQ with a focus on product and service development, delivery and support, and applying key technologies. Examine trends in information systems training, materials and techniques.Knowledge & Experience Extensive experience within a sales driven organization either in a sales or operations capacity.Proven ability to design and implement new processes and facilitate user adoption.Strong experience with enterprise CRM systems such as Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics.Strong understanding of CPQ tools and configure to quote sales concepts.Experience with demand planning and sales forecast management is highly preferred.Good understanding of ERP and integration touch points between ERP and CRM/CPQ.Knowledge of integration and requirements for efficient and effective integrations.Good understanding of standard business practices related to Sales Operations processes; ability to quickly grasp complex business processesStrong data management abilitiesA documented history of successfully driving projects to completionPossesses current technical knowledge and skills relative to business requirements and state of the art information technologies.Experience interviewing end-users for insight on functionality, interface, problems, and/or usability issues.Demonstrated ability to produce clear, concise, and accurate documentation detailing business processes and requirements.Ability to create systematic and manual operations procedures in both technical and user-friendly language.Must be able to handle and deliver multiple projects and solutions under pressure.Proficient with the Microsoft Office SuiteQualifications: Bachelor's Degree from accredited university; Computer Science, business or related degree preferred.3-5 years pf experience in a sales, analyst or operations role.Experience as a CRM administrator preferred, specifically Salesforce.Clear, professional written and verbal communication skillsStrong attention to detail and effective organizational skillsSelf-motivated and directed.Solid organization, time management, project management and estimating skills.Creative and analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skillsAbility to work under pressure to meet deadlines, both as an individual and as a team member.Able to exercise independent judgment and take action on it.Ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.Corus360, a Converge Company, offers equal opportunity to employees and applicants regardless of race, color, creed, sex, religion, marital status, age, national origin, ancestry, physical or mental disability, medical condition, sexual orientation or any other consideration made unlawful by federal, state, or local laws.
