The PCI Compliance Support Analyst will support the Merchant Compliance functions to support all stakeholders with merchants PCI DSS compliance, including PCI DSS validation, merchants processing in a secure environment, data breaches, and The Merchant Protection Program. The successful candidate will demonstrate a unique blend of strong customer service, cyber security and PCI DSS knowledge, teamwork, and dedication to driving results.

Responsibilities:

The PCI Compliance Support Analyst will be responsible for assisting the team with the following responsibilities:

Maintain all job functions designed to support The Merchant Protection Program and associated vendors by maintaining a 48 hour SLA for all emails, voicemails, vendor Affiliate Request Queues, ensuring all inquiries are completed thoroughly and accurately, and through providing the utmost customer service

Maintain a strong sense of the all programs success and identify deficiencies in our processes or partnering vendors to help drive the success of the team

Work very closely with all clients providing the best customer service possible to ensure they can address all security and PCI DSS requirements

Drive improvement and enhancements to the program to ensure all customer needs in all divisions and regions are met to solidify the success of the program

Develop and maintain a strong relationship with all VIP clients and ensure they receive the best customer service from our company and vendors to address all security and PCI DSS requirements

Mentor team members with job functions and industry and PCI DSS knowledge

Additional duties in support the Merchant Compliance Team to include:

Maintain all required reporting

Support all team members as crossed functional back-up

Identify and communicate all new and pertinent information regarding industry changes and events, especially related to cyber security, data breaches, credit card industry, and PCI SSC

Qualifications:

Strong understanding and experience of PCI DSS

2+ years related experience or education desired

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Fluency with Google Suite, Excel/Sheets, Word/Docs, and PowerPoint/Slides

Proficiency with Google Sites, or transferable Sharepoint skills are preferred

Good understanding of general computer controls, ability to analyze data and interpret results

Excellent planning and organizational skills with an ability to meet tight deadlines

Effective team player and communicator who can build good working relationships with colleagues and external parties

Familiarity and understanding of a broad range of IT hardware and software products

Ability to operate within a multicultural, multi-time-zone environment

High ethical standards, operates with integrity and professionalism
