management contracts and perform all accounting duties for
communications.Manage marketing and renewal programs.Take on all
other ancillary duties needed for the operation of site
management.PRIMARY DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES -Review and prepare
contracts for carrier executionSafeguard the confidentiality of
proprietary contractsProcess License Agreements and Amendments
Track and obtain a Certificate of Insurance for each projectSet up
budgets and billing for the lifetime of all active License
Agreements Enter customer and tank data in Oracle systemKeep
accurate records of receivables/payments on all projectsGenerate
receivable invoices, and process payable invoicesManage and perform
all account collectionsGenerate and deliver purchase order and
check requestsMaintain accurate record of contract and payables
contacts for all active accountsComplete required FAA filings to
ensure compliance standards are metServe as the primary contact for
vendors for any questions or invoice concernsEnsure accurate
processing and delivery of contractual tank owner paymentsReconcile
project account history and create account statementsEffectively
track and process License Agreement terminationsPrepare Monthly
Booked Sales ReportMaintain spreadsheets for line of business needs
and for financial reportingProject data and file management
pertaining to carrier License AgreementsMaintain accurate and
updated record of departmental SOPsResponsible for ongoing process
improvement to increase accuracy and efficiencyAssist with
departmental budget projections and preparations as neededPromptly
respond to incoming emails and phone callsOther duties as
assignedMust cross train with the Marketing and Project Coordinator
positionQualificationsEducation / Experience / Background Some
college courses in business or related field, degree preferredAt
least 2 years of accounting experience (AR, AP, PO's, receipts,
collections)Minimum of 3-5 years administrative
experienceProficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point,
Outlook) and Oracle Experience (preferred)Preferred Real Estate or
Property Management a plusAbility to efficiently and effectively
work on multiple projectsHighly organized and self-motivatedShows a
proficiency for timeliness and accuracyGood interpersonal skills,
with the ability to successfully interact with internal
departments, vendors, civic leaders, government agencies, wireless
carriers and site acquisition firms, at all levels within an
organizationAbility to comprehend, interpret and analyze legal
contractsExcellent communication skillsTech savvy with ability to
troubleshootCapable of functioning in a fast-paced environmentThis
