Key Responsibilities:
Create and develop training curriculum and materials
Work with business partners to perform needs analysis and develop
learning objectives
Teach instructional programs and assess effectiveness of
curriculum
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
3-5 years of related professional experience
Additional training or education in area of specialization
Ability to develop solutions to problems of moderate scope &
complexity
General knowledge of industry practices, techniques, and
standards
