Job Description:
A company is looking for a Principal Sector Lead-Data
Centers.
Key Responsibilities
Provide strategic leadership to operations and functional teams,
ensuring alignment with company objectives
Focus on new business development and cultivating client
relationships to maximize industry exposure and capabilities
Mentor and motivate staff while identifying and developing emerging
talent for succession planning
Required Qualifications
10-15 years of related experience in Architecture, Engineering, or
leadership roles in the Data Center market
Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, business, or a
related field required
Proven experience in A&E services or project management
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a
team
Proper license or certificate strongly preferred
