Job Description:
A company is looking for a Talent Scout who is passionate about
discovering and connecting with top talent through social media and
online platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and engage with potential candidates through various
social media platforms
Maintain relationships with potential candidates to ensure a strong
talent pipeline
Conduct initial screenings and assessments to evaluate candidates'
skills and cultural fit
Required Qualifications
1+ year of experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, or social
media sourcing
Strong understanding and hands-on experience with social media
platforms and talent sourcing tools
Ability to assess candidate profiles and match them to specific
project needs
Fluency in English and Russian is required
Self-motivated with strong organizational skills and the ability to
work under tight deadlines
