Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Roblox Game Designer to create
engaging UGC games and interactive experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Define creative vision and design gameplay systems to enhance
player engagement and monetization
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure cohesive execution of
design vision and mentor a growing design team
Architect live ops systems and optimize monetization strategies
based on player behavior and analytics
Required Qualifications
5+ years of full-cycle game design experience, preferably in UGC or
mobile environments
Expertise in gameplay system design, monetization strategies, and
live ops management
Strong understanding of player behavior and ability to craft
engaging player experiences
Experience with Roblox development pipelines and monetization
systems is highly preferred
Self-starter mentality with strong organizational skills and
ability to work independently
