A company is looking for a Retail Mortgage Loan Officer.
Key Responsibilities

Gather and review necessary application loan documentation
Ensure compliance with company and regulatory rules while promoting mortgage products
Maintain relationships with clients and realtors to facilitate timely loan closings

Required Qualifications

Current or previous loan officer experience
Understanding of the mortgage business and product knowledge
Ability to cultivate relationships with realtors and other professionals
Strong negotiation skills and a passion for closing deals
Proven history of meeting loan production requirements
