Job Description:
IntroductionWe're currently seeking a candidate with extensive
experience in selling and delivering Azure cloud solutions. The
ideal individual should understand client challenges, provide
strategic guidance, and act as a trusted advisor.This role involves
selling and delivering solutions with expertise in Microsoft
technologies, specifically in:
- Application Modernization Strategy
- Application Modernization on Azure
- Data Strategy & Analytics
- Agentic AI solutions on AzureWe seek someone experienced in
both farming and hunting opportunities, preferably with a
background working alongside hyperscalers like Microsoft. The role
also involves achieving key performance metrics, including
Signings, Revenue, and UTE targets.Your role and
responsibilities
- Lead Azure or AWS Cloud Migration Opportunities across
industrial and communications clients for pipeline management and
demand generation, aiming for approximately 3x of signing
targets.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, driving Azure or AWS
migration projects to deliver business value.
- Deliver end-to-end migration projects within budget and
timeline, with defined outcomes to ensure client success.
- Manage contracts, pricing, and resources for cloud migration
projects.
- Close opportunities with signing targets of $10M.
- Understand clients' strategic needs and business objectives;
articulate and formulate proposals and statements of work aligned
with client values.
- Collaborate with AWS & IBM to develop strong Azure or AWS
partnerships in technology and solution roadmaps; lead or
participate in large transactions.
- Promote HCS service offerings as a change agent for early
engagement, deal registration, and incentive realization.
- Drive joint go-to-market campaigns and business development
workshops to build and maintain a pipeline, generate references,
and case studies.
- Establish client value propositions linking strategic,
financial, and operational metrics to business
improvements.Required technical and professional expertise
- Lead Azure or AWS Cloud Migration Opportunities across
industrial and communications clients, managing pipeline and demand
generation (-3x signing targets).
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, leading migration
projects that deliver measurable business value.
- Deliver end-to-end migration projects within budget and
schedule, ensuring successful outcomes.
- Manage contracts, pricing, and resources effectively.
- Close opportunities with signings targets of $10M.
- Understand clients' strategic needs; develop proposals and
