Supervisor is responsible for leading and managing the Account
Management team to ensure exceptional client satisfaction,
successful project execution, and strategic account growth. This
role serves as a senior point of contact for key clients,
overseeing print projects from initial quote through final delivery
while ensuring adherence to quality, budget, and timeline
standards. They also play a crucial role in improving departmental
processes and developing team talent. Requirements:
Duties/Responsibilities: · Lead, mentor, and develop a team of
account managers, providing guidance on client relations, project
management, and installation practices. · Establish clear goals and
KPIs for the team. · Foster a collaborative, customer-focused
culture within the department. · Serve as the primary point of
contact for a portfolio of Primary Color accounts, ensuring
consistent communication and high-quality service. · Build and
maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to encourage
repeat business and loyalty. · Resolve escalated client issues
promptly and effectively. · Oversee the execution of large format
design and fabrication including POP displays, building wraps,
commercial printing, fulfillment, installations, and other
customized printing and packaging projects. Also ensuring
deadlines, budgets, and quality standards are met. · Collaborate
with sales, production, design, and logistics teams to streamline
workflows and improve efficiency. · Monitor account activity,
profitability, and customer satisfaction metrics. · Support the
development of proposals, quotes, and presentations for key
clients. · Contribute to strategic planning for expanding the
company’s client base and service offerings. Required
Skills/Abilities: · Advanced knowledge of various printing
processes (Offset, Digital, Wide Format, etc.), finishing
techniques, and prepress requirements. · Strong proven leadership,
team management, and mentoring skills. · Exceptional verbal,
written, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate
technical information clearly to non-technical clients. ·
Proficient in using MIS/ERP systems (specific to printing) and CRM
software (e.g., Salesforce), as well as Microsoft Office Suite. ·
Strong financial management skills related to budgeting,
estimating, and P&L oversight. Education and Experience: ·
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Printing
or related field preferred. · Minimum of 5 - 7 years of progressive
experience in Account Management within the commercial printing,
packaging, or related graphic arts industry. · Proven experience in
a supervisory or team leadership role. Physical Requirements: ·
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. ·
Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
