Continuous Improvement Technician FULL-TIME $21.25/hr This position is responsible for assisting the CI Department with: Customer complaint analysis/resolution Complaint entry into SAP Administrating our sample process Developing all internal and external continuous improvement reports Supporting pre-press operations Communicating with our sales force to meet customer requirements Process improvement Identification and segregation of suspect product Auditing process inputs/outputs Implementation of the Corporate Process Management System REM-03 WS-03 WS-LC Schedule Shift start: 7:00AM or 7:00PM Shift length: 12 hours 3-2-2-3 Benefits
