Job Description:

BASIC FUNCTION
Primary goal is to assist in the development of strategic market plans through conducting research and analysis of markets and supporting field teams in accelerating car wash development. Will assist in building plans for existing and new markets to facilitate brand and growth.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct demographic, competitor, and market analysis to make recommendations that support the growth strategy. This includes cannibalization analysis as Tidal Wave Auto Spa grows in existing markets.
• Assist developers with site direction, clustering, holes in the market, etc.
• Work with Market Planner to forecast sales and report pipeline metrics
• Maintain a current location data file that includes address, latitude/longitude, sales, store tiers, demographics and other necessary variables
• Review maps, aerials, and demographic market overviews for presentations with the Site Approval Committee
• Manage records of site approval packages and approved budgets
• Maintains positive relationships with operations, construction, and developers regarding their development needs. Anticipates and responds to needs and provides timely resolutions.
  QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical, comprehension, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to present complex data and problems in a concise and effective manner to internal and external audiences.
  • Project management
  • Expertise in Power Point, Excel, Smartsheet and GIS software
  • Experience with demographics and mapping programs
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, work on multiple assignments and manage rapidly changing assignments
    Requirements
    • Can pass a drug test and criminal background check.
    • Are legally eligible to work in the United States.
