He/she will manage between 75 to 100 employees including 5
reports and will be responsible for managing cost, quality, safety

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical
Engineering or Industrial Engineering required.
5 to 7 years of experience leading a production team or shift, in
manufacturing environment required.
- Demonstrated supervisory and training skills.
- Problem analysis and problem resolution skills.
Six Sigma certified is a plus.
Experience with Lean
Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, ISO and SAP a plus.
