Job Description:

Superior Contracting & Maintenance is seeking an experienced and skilled Turn-Key Crew to join our team. As a Turn-Key Crew member, you will be responsible for undertaking a wide variety of maintenance and repair tasks for our clients' properties. Our company has been providing quality property management services for over 13 years. One of the cornerstones of our business is clear communication with clients, and timely and effective repairs for residents and homeowners. We take pride in delivering quality services and are looking for individuals who share the same values and work ethic.
As part of this role, you will be responsible for coordinating with our project managers to complete repairs and maintenance tasks like plumbing, roofing, general repairs, carpentry, painting, landscaping, locksmith services, and floor installations. You'll also be responsible for ensuring complete customer satisfaction through clear communication and attention to detail in every project.
Responsibilities
+ Work with the Project Manager to determine job priorities and schedules
+ Coordinate and liaise with the project team to plan and execute repairs and maintenance tasks
+ Conduct regular inspections to determine areas of concern and identify the necessary repairs required
+ Ensure that all safety protocols and standards are being met on site
+ Provide clear communication with project managers before and after repairs by updating them on the repairs completed.
Requirements
+ A minimum of 5 years of experience in property maintenance or related field
+ Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
+ Proven ability to manage multiple tasks with tight deadlines
+ Good grasp of maintenance and construction systems and procedures
+ Skilled in handling a wide variety of power tools and equipment used for maintenance and construction tasks
