Job Description:
A company is looking for a Project Cost Analyst.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform analysis of project budgets, invoices, and forecasts to
meet contractual/project requirements
Support multiple contracts from beginning to end, including
coordination, negotiation, and resolution of project financial
compliance issues
Monitor project spending, validate backlog revenue, prepare project
financial reports, and track subcontractor funding allocations
Qualifications:
5-7 years of general accounting/financial support experience and 3
years of program financial support experience
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related
field
Expertise in project financial functions, Unanet Enterprise
Resource Planning (ERP), and knowledge of Federal Acquisition
Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation
(DFAR)
In-depth understanding of generally accepted accounting principles
(GAAP) and Cost Accounting Standards (CAS)
Ability to use MS Word, MS Excel, MS SharePoint, and strong
attention to detail skills
