Job Description:
A company is looking for a Building Controls Technician.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain accurate project documentation and redlines
Complete sensor calibrations and PID loop tuning on HVAC control
systems
Assist with programming, graphics, and sequences of operations for
Direct Digital Control (DDC) Systems
Required Qualifications and Education
At least 1 year of experience with programming, startup, and/or
commissioning of control systems
Niagara Ax or N4 certification is a plus but not required
Understanding of installation of controls equipment and ancillary
devices/sensors
Experience with electronics and basic electrical circuits
Basic understanding of DDC Control Theory and Applications as
related to HVAC equipment
