The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and be able to provide evidence-based interventions to individuals with developmental disabilities. The successful candidate will have the ability to develop and implement individualized behavior plans, as well as provide consultation and training to families, caregivers, and other professionals. The BCBA will also be responsible for monitoring progress and making adjustments as needed.Responsibilities:* BCBA and BCaBAs will be working directly with Area Clinical Director that will provide support and guidance.* Administer initial evaluations and re-evaluations for ABA clients (VB-MAPP, ABLLS, AFLS, QABF, FBA, and/or ABAS, PEAK).
