A company is looking for a Remote Reservations Agent.
Key Responsibilities
Utilize tools to understand travel policies and procedures
Issue electronic tickets and make changes using the reservations
system
Resolve customer service issues and document records accurately
Required Qualifications
Preferred airline work experience or travel agent background
Excellent computer skills are required
Customer service work history is preferred
Must be a quick learner and able to sit for long periods
Flexibility in schedule is essential, including nights and
weekends
