Job Description:

Job Overview Reporting to the Field Sales Manager, this person contributes to KDP success by maximizing business growth through exceptional customer service to all customers (Bottler, Distributor, Retail) within the assigned territory. The person is responsible for conducting daily sales calls to stores, building relationships, improving distribution and securing incremental display space. Responsibilities: Develop all assigned accounts relative to sales volume, market share, product distribution, space allocation and customer service Sell and execute customers' promotions, solicit placement of incremental marketing equipment, displays, racks and sell sufficient product inventory Utilize point-of-sale material to stimulate sales Must maintain and increase shelf facings and display space Provide excellent service to assigned accounts, create and maintain goodwill with all customers Coordinate all Merchandising of product sections and displays to stimulate sales Monitor and report on competitive activity Complete required paperwork, data collection and processes in an accurate and timely manner Maintain a customer database to record customer information, call activity, actions, follow-ups and results Conduct product knowledge sessions with store staff to ensure they can talk about the benefits of our products Conduct quarterly territory reviews using point of sales (POS) data, to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats Requirements Qualifications: Bachelor degree in Business Administration Minimum of 2 years of experience in a comparable position Prior sales and merchandising or retail customer service experience Competencies: Excellent knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint and Word Technology savvy Customer service oriented Strong analytical and negotiation abilities Dynamic and self-motivated Excellent communication and presentation skills Result oriented Excellent time management and priority setting Must own a reliable vehicle, valid driver`s license, with clean driver`s abstract Territory requires 10% travel Capacity to work in a fast-paced changing environment #CB #IND1 Company Overview & EEO Statement Keurig Dr Pepper (KDP) is a leading coffee and beverage company in North America with dual headquarters in Burlington, MA and Plano, TX, with annual revenue in excess of $11 billion.
