YOUR DAY-TO-DAY AS AN HVAC TECHNICIAN This is a full-time position with a schedule of Monday-Friday, 8 AM-5 PM. Overtime and on-call hours are also available for those seeking additional earning potential. In this role, you'll work hands-on with residential and light commercial heating and air conditioning systems, diagnosing issues, performing expert repairs, and conducting maintenance to keep heating and cooling systems running smoothly. You'll also handle retrofits and replacements, helping clients choose the right solutions for their needs. Through it all, you'll engage with customers, identify their needs, and confidently sell products and services that enhance their comfort and satisfaction.
