Specialist position supports the Sellers across many business units
and customers to serve as the post sales point of contact.
Responsibilities Perform quality control check and verification on
all BlueAlly Sales. Manage all vendor and post-order
communications. Understand the complex ordering processes for
various OEMs. Identify best way to fulfill a client order whether
from inventory of internal BlueAlly stock or drop shipping from
distributor. Perform administration duties, including quote/sales
verification, purchase order management, handing returns, and
coordinate deliveries. Understanding of best pricing practices and
vendor options. Cloud License management: facilitate internal
software deliveries and follow up with any related questions
Reporting, special projects, and tasks as requested by leadership.
Position Requirements Process/Detail Oriented/Self Motivated
Ability to pivot and reprioritize tasks throughout the day based on
business needs. Desire to learn about IT Products & Services.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Applications (Outlook and Excel
specifically). Good work ethic, self-discipline, persistence, the
ability to work independently or as a team. Demonstrate Excellent
Communication & Customer Relationship Skills. Experience with
Supply Chain is strongly preferred. Education Some college and/or
business courses preferred. Work Conditions Traditional business
hours, however, flexibility is required during peak seasons.
Computer-based position, sitting for extended periods of time
(leading/attending virtual meetings) Sufficient dexterity of hands
and fingers to efficiently operate a computer keyboard, mouse, and
other computer components.
